HELICON REMOTE ON IPHONE PORTABLE

I believe gadgets are available to control cameras from mobile phones or portable computers, but I want a dedicated system. Will triggering a remote controller on a D800 produce the same result as pressing the shutter button? With my D90 and ML-元, I need to set one of the remote release modes I usually set my cameras to bracket 3 exposures automatically, but the ML-元 remote release modes only take a single exposure for each press of the button. In particular, is anyone aware of a remote controller that can move the focus point without touching the camera and causing shake, immediately prior to shooting, particularly when using live view. (I find it frustrating that the sensor for the ML-元 is on the front of my D90, presumably to take self-portraits without bothering with the self-timer, but I think more recent models may have both front and back sensors.)Īlso, it would be useful if the remote could operate other functions.

But I am attracted by the idea of more flexibility, for instance being able to set up the camera to photograph birds on our feeder, and operate it from in the kitchen so as not to frighten them away. Mostly I just want to operate the shutter without shaking the camera when it is on a tripod, and I guess a direct cable is the simplest way to achieve that. But unfortunately, I understand that Nikon Professional-range DSLRs are not designed to work with the delightful ML-元 Remote Controller I bought for my D90, so I need another remote controller for my D800. I am delighted with the amount of detail it can capture, and I appreciate the large, 100% viewfinder and the amount of viewfinder information.
